After a devastating house fire, we hired Harper Special Services (HSS) to rebuild our home and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, reliable, and incredibly skilled. Jason and Justin were especially great to work with, always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was done right.

They turned a difficult situation into a positive experience and gave us a beautiful new home to move back into. I would absolutely use HSS again for any future projects and highly recommend them to anyone in need of high-quality construction or restoration work.

The team at Harper did an outstanding job helping us recover from a busted water pipe on the 2nd floor that caused severe damage throughout the house. From Scott handling the mitigation crew quickly and thoroughly to our reconstruction manager Brian's guidance of timely and high quality construction work, the people at Harper did a great job. The subs who handled carpentry, painting, and tile work all did high quality work and were committed to getting the job done right. Thanks to Brian for the long hours overseeing a tough project.

As a property manager, I've worked with many vendors, and Harper Special Services has been outstanding. When we had an emergency sprinkler head break, they responded within an hour, began water extraction immediately, and managed the dry-out process with daily moisture checks throughout the week.

Their communication was exceptional from start to finish. Coordinating with multiple insurance companies, homeowners, tenants, and our management team could have been challenging, but they kept everyone informed and made the entire process seamless.

We recently worked with Harper Special Services (HSS) after water damage from a leaking shower required replacing all the hardwood floors on the first floor of our home. HSS was recommended by USAA, and now we completely understand why.

From start to finish, the entire process was organized, efficient, and professionally handled. HSS coordinated directly with our insurance company, scheduled packers to carefully remove our belongings, helped us select materials for both the new hardwood floors and the shower remodel, and managed every detail of the project. Their team installed beautiful new hardwood flooring, completed precise tile work in the new shower, painted all baseboards and trim, and even tackled the ceiling in our 20+ foot living room along with all the walls.

We especially want to recognize General Contractor Kaely Duckworth, who checked in with us almost daily and always responded quickly whenever we had questions. Her communication and attention to detail made a stressful situation so much easier. Project Manager Bernardo was also fantastic. He stayed on top of the work, kept everything moving smoothly, and maintained clear communication throughout the project.

This was a major job, yet the entire project was completed in just over three weeks. The results exceeded our expectations, and we truly could not be happier with how everything turned out.

Harper Special Services quickly responded to our call for help to repair our home after it was was severely damaged and left uninhabitable when a tree was blown down on it during Hurricane Helene in September 2024.
Kaely D. and John L. helped guide us through the long and bureaucratic recovery process which included dealing with the insurance claims process, government permitting, and public utilities. We are sincerely grateful for their professionalism, expertise, and coordination of the various contractors over the months that it took to repair and restore our house!

Anthony and Jeremy were great. They were very thorough, making sure they removed all the water damaged flooring, etc. They provided explanations about each step of the process. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with their work.

In February, we experienced a bit of a setback at home that required some reconstruction. Harper Solutions is the best contractor that I’ve worked with so far! We had a bathroom flood that caused damage to several rooms and they were able to help remodel and repair all of the damaged areas. Kaely and her team were super helpful, accommodating, and communicative every step of the way. It was a long process to complete everything, but they made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way!
