We had a bathroom flood that caused damage to several rooms and they were able to help remodel and repair all of the damaged areas. Kaely and her team were super helpful, accommodating, and communicative every step of the way. It was a long process to complete everything, but they made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way!

After a devastating house fire, we hired Harper Special Services (HSS) to rebuild our home and we couldn't be happier with the results. We had an emergency clean up job at our business. Made the call to HSS and we had a team show up within an hour. They were extremely professional, explaining in detail what they would be doing while on site. Everything was resolved quickly without an interruption to business activities. Highly recommend.

Anthony and Jeremy were great. They were very thorough, making sure they removed all the water damaged flooring, etc. They provided explanations about each step of the process. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with their work.

Harper completed a water mitigation job for us after a roof leak. They were consistently on time with all appointments, kind, pleasant, and quite competent in their work. They were time-efficient but thorough, and they were very considerate, going so far as to temporarily relocate a rug so that it covered a hose for safety. They left the area clean and tidy after removing their equipment, in preparation for repairs to be made. Thanks for the great service!

The team at Harper Special Services did a great job for us. Our project manager worked with us from day one and was available to provide updates and answer questions. Our master shower had to be replaced and they did an outstanding job with the tile work and repairs that needed to be done. The guys who worked on the shower were highly skilled and it really shows in the completed work.

Harper’s Water mitigation team was out here the day of our water damage incident. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and answer any questions we had. They were prompt and did an excellent job with the clean up & drying out the house!

Brian and his crew are AWESOME! Had a water leak from an upstairs neighbor and we decide to do a remodel too.
