The team at Harper did an outstanding job helping us recover from a busted water pipe on the 2nd floor that caused severe damage throughout the house. From Scott handling the mitigation crew quickly and thoroughly to our reconstruction manager Brian's guidance of timely and high quality construction work, the people at Harper did a great job. The subs who handled carpentry, painting, and tile work all did high quality work and were committed to getting the job done right. Thanks to Brian for the long hours overseeing a tough project.

Harper Solutions is the best contractor that I’ve worked with so far! We had a bathroom flood that caused damage to several rooms and they were able to help remodel and repair all of the damaged areas. As a property manager, I've worked with many vendors, and Harper Special Services has been outstanding. When we had an emergency sprinkler head break, they responded within an hour, began water extraction immediately, and managed the dry-out process with daily moisture checks throughout the week. Their communication was exceptional from start to finish. The best of the best!! I had a roof leak to the interior of my home, and HSS went above and beyond my expectations! They responded very quickly, were extremely professional, and are apparently perfectionist ;), as you can’t tell a single thing ever happened! My home is just as beautiful as before! Anthony List/Lead Mitigation Technician and his team were the best at drying things up and preventing mold. Then, Brian Musgrave/Project manager and his team were the best at restoring my house to its beautiful prior condition!! They even worked directly with insurance, so I had zero stress!

I'm very impressed with Harper Special Services! They assisted us in mold remediation and reconstruction after two major leaks. Chuck guided us through mold and air quality testing and remediation, and then Brian on the renovation/reconstruction team managed repairing all the damage. They worked quickly and efficiently. After they were done, everything looked as good as new. I am so glad we hired them and recommend them highly.
