Due to water damage and mold from a leaking window, we called HSS. They were quick to respond and the remediation team did a thorough job of cleaning and drying the area. Then the repair team took over to rebuild the wall - it looks better than it did before the damage. They were also very helpful in communicating with my home owners insurance and providing the paperwork I needed to get reimbursed for the work. Thank you to Brian M. Harper Special Services quickly responded to our call for help to repair our home after it was was severely damaged and left uninhabitable when a tree was blown down on it during Hurricane Helene in September 2024. Kaely D. and John L. helped guide us through the long and bureaucratic recovery process which included dealing with the insurance claims process, government permitting, and public utilities. We are sincerely grateful for their professionalism, expertise, and coordination of the various contractors over the months that it took to repair and restore our house!

If you're looking for someone to help restore your house, these guys are worth calling for sure. They were prompt, efficient and worked around my families needs as they completed the job. You want people you can count on to show up, get it done and done right. These are the people to do that.

HSS (Harper Special Services) have exceptional employees. Anthony List and Jeremy Athex came on the initial visit ( which was the same day that they were contacted). They were called because of a refrigerator leak. Both men were very careful with removing the refrigerator and the boards. They seem to take pride in their jobs. Chuck Ferrell came the next day to survey the area that was damaged. He had a very pleasant demeanor. Scott Stallings came on the third day to make sure that the affected area had completely dried. It had, so he removed the equipment. He was also very pleasant. Each of them were very respectful to us and our property. If you want professionalism, efficiency, integrity, and honesty, HSS would be the company to call!

Great experience with Harper Special Services on a few different repairs at my home and particularly wanted to give a shout outs to project managers Kaely Duckworth and Scott Stallings. Kaely was incredibly easy to work with, kept me up to date with constant communication, and provided great recommendations when product selections were needed. I felt Kaely really cared about making my home look as amazing as possible and restoring it to its original condition (if not better). Scott was also a godsend. He provided really great advice/counsel on the issues I was facing, guided me through the process to address them, and ensured things were taken care of. He clearly cares about quality while also helping me balance cost. I would have been lost without Scott. Thanks Kaely and Scott for making what could have been a stressful process so much better.

HHS is wonderful! We had extensive damage to our roof and multiple rooms from an oak tree falling during Hurricane Helene. The Harper team is first rate, a special thanks to our project manager, Brian. He kept us informed and educated on all aspects of the process and dealt with our endless questions and concerns skillfully. Mr Eddy and team (contractor) are excellent. We highly recommend HHS for the above as well as being a comprehensive company that covers all aspects of restoration, especially with insurance. Thanks again everyone!
