As a property manager, I've worked with many vendors, and Harper Special Services has been outstanding. When we had an emergency sprinkler head break, they responded within an hour, began water extraction immediately, and managed the dry-out process with daily moisture checks throughout the week.

Their communication was exceptional from start to finish. Coordinating with multiple insurance companies, homeowners, tenants, and our management team could have been challenging, but they kept everyone informed and made the entire process seamless.

The team at Harper did an outstanding job helping us recover from a busted water pipe on the 2nd floor that caused severe damage throughout the house.
