We can never say “Thank You” enough to Jason Harper and Harper Special Services! When we got the call that our house had flooded, Harper Special Services was called, they showed up immediately and began working. They were awesome and explained everything to us that they were doing and what had to be done. We met Scott Stallings, the Mitigation Manager first. Scott is very professional and was very reassuring that everything was going to be alright. Scott and his crew came in and began working very hard and steady to clear up the water. Scott stayed in constant contact with us regarding the moving of the process and what we should expect next. Then, we met Justin Hooton, the Project Manager, who led us through the rebuild of our house. Justin also stayed in constant contact with us as to each step that was to be taken to repair our house. He answered all our questions and was very easy to work with. Going through the flooding of a home is such a traumatic experience, but Scott Stallings and Justin Hooton really helped us to go through this time with much understanding and compassion. Hopefully, you will never need their services, but if you do, call Harper Special Services, they are definitely the best!

After considering several companies to repair major pipe-related water damage to our kitchen, we chose Harper Special Services, and when the work was completed, we knew that we had made the right choice. HSS did an excellent job handling every aspect of the process from start to finish: mitigation, restoration, and insurance coordination. Harper’s Water mitigation team was out here the day of our water damage incident. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and answer any questions we had. They were prompt and did an excellent job with the clean up & drying out the house!

The team at Harper did an outstanding job helping us recover from a busted water pipe on the 2nd floor that caused severe damage throughout the house. As a property manager, I've worked with many vendors, and Harper Special Services has been outstanding. When we had an emergency sprinkler head break, they responded within an hour, began water extraction immediately, and managed the dry-out process with daily moisture checks throughout the week. Their communication was exceptional from start to finish. Coordinating with multiple insurance companies, homeowners, tenants, and our management team could have been challenging, but they kept everyone informed and made the entire process seamless. Due to water damage and mold from a leaking window, we called HSS. They were quick to respond and the remediation team did a thorough job of cleaning and drying the area. Then the repair team took over to rebuild the wall - it looks better than it did before the damage. Harper Solutions is the best contractor that I’ve worked with so far! We had a bathroom flood that caused damage to several rooms and they were able to help remodel and repair all of the damaged areas. Kaely and her team were super helpful, accommodating, and communicative every step of the way.
