HHS is wonderful! We had extensive damage to our roof and multiple rooms from an oak tree falling during Hurricane Helene. The Harper team is first rate, a special thanks to our project manager, Brian. He kept us informed and educated on all aspects of the process and dealt with our endless questions and concerns skillfully. Mr Eddy and team (contractor) are excellent. We highly recommend HHS for the above as well as being a comprehensive company that covers all aspects of restoration, especially with insurance. Thanks again everyone!

Harper Special Services quickly responded to our call for help to repair our home after it was was severely damaged and left uninhabitable when a tree was blown down on it during Hurricane Helene in September 2024.
Kaely D. and John L. helped guide us through the long and bureaucratic recovery process which included dealing with the insurance claims process, government permitting, and public utilities. We are sincerely grateful for their professionalism, expertise, and coordination of the various contractors over the months that it took to repair and restore our house!

Great experience with Harper Special Services on a few different repairs at my home and particularly wanted to give a shout outs to project managers Kaely Duckworth and Scott Stallings. Kaely was incredibly easy to work with, kept me up to date with constant communication, and provided great recommendations when product selections were needed. I felt Kaely really cared about making my home look as amazing as possible and restoring it to its original condition (if not better). Scott was also a godsend. He provided really great advice/counsel on the issues I was facing, guided me through the process to address them, and ensured things were taken care of. He clearly cares about quality while also helping me balance cost. I would have been lost without Scott. Thanks Kaely and Scott for making what could have been a stressful process so much better.

Incredible customer service and communication so far! We are only through the beginning of the process, but so far we could not have asked for a better team to work with us on our house after our fire. I'm very impressed with Harper Special Services! They assisted us in mold remediation and reconstruction after two major leaks. Chuck guided us through mold and air quality testing and remediation, and then Brian on the renovation/reconstruction team managed repairing all the damage. They worked quickly and efficiently. After they were done, everything looked as good as new. I am so glad we hired them and recommend them highly.

If you're looking for someone to help restore your house, these guys are worth calling for sure. They were prompt, efficient and worked around my families needs as they completed the job. You want people you can count on to show up, get it done and done right. These are the people to do that.

In February, we experienced a bit of a setback at home that required some reconstruction. The process was quite stressful, but we couldn’t have imagined how much more so it would have been without Harper Special Services. Our project manager, Kaely, was fantastic. She was both professional and personable, which made the entire process so smooth. She was always attentive, available, and treated our home with the utmost care. She also had a fantastic team that she managed so well! This is an amazing company! I had a ceiling leak emergency and Brian and Jeremy came to my house and were extremely professional and overall just outstanding with everything!
