Then, we met Justin Hooton, the Project Manager, who led us through the rebuild of our house. Justin also stayed in constant contact with us as to each step that was to be taken to repair our house. He answered all our questions and was very easy to work with. Going through the flooding of a home is such a traumatic experience, but Scott Stallings and Justin Hooton really helped us to go through this time with much understanding and compassion. The team at Harper Special Services did a great job for us. Our project manager worked with us from day one and was available to provide updates and answer questions. Our master shower had to be replaced and they did an outstanding job with the tile work and repairs that needed to be done.
