We used Harper’s Special Services for a water damage claim. They were very professional during the entire process. I recommend them to anyone with an insurance claim. In fact, I recommend them for any home renovations. Their contractors were detailed and they did not leave any mess or debris behind. They completed the job on time. This company has an efficient system for completing all repairs. Kaely was our project manager and she did a wonderful job explaining the process. I work with contractors daily and this was by far the best company I have worked with.

Harper Special Services quickly responded to our call for help to repair our home after it was was severely damaged and left uninhabitable when a tree was blown down on it during Hurricane Helene in September 2024.

Great experience with Harper Special Services on a few different repairs at my home and particularly wanted to give a shout outs to project managers Kaely Duckworth and Scott Stallings. Kaely was incredibly easy to work with, kept me up to date with constant communication, and provided great recommendations when product selections were needed. I felt Kaely really cared about making my home look as amazing as possible and restoring it to its original condition (if not better). Scott was also a godsend. He provided really great advice/counsel on the issues I was facing, guided me through the process to address them, and ensured things were taken care of. The team at Harper did an outstanding job helping us recover from a busted water pipe on the 2nd floor that caused severe damage throughout the house.
