Due to water damage and mold from a leaking window, we called HSS. They were quick to respond and the remediation team did a thorough job of cleaning and drying the area. Then the repair team took over to rebuild the wall - it looks better than it did before the damage. They were also very helpful in communicating with my home owners insurance and providing the paperwork I needed to get reimbursed for the work. Thank you to Brian M. Great experience with Harper Special Services on a few different repairs at my home and particularly wanted to give a shout outs to project managers Kaely Duckworth and Scott Stallings. Kaely was incredibly easy to work with, kept me up to date with constant communication, and provided great recommendations when product selections were needed. I felt Kaely really cared about making my home look as amazing as possible and restoring it to its original condition (if not better). Scott was also a godsend. He provided really great advice/counsel on the issues I was facing, guided me through the process to address them, and ensured things were taken care of. He clearly cares about quality while also helping me balance cost. I would have been lost without Scott. Thanks Kaely and Scott for making what could have been a stressful process so much better.

The team at Harper Special Services did a great job for us. Our project manager worked with us from day one and was available to provide updates and answer questions. Our master shower had to be replaced and they did an outstanding job with the tile work and repairs that needed to be done. The guys who worked on the shower were highly skilled and it really shows in the completed work.
