Great experience with Harper Special Services on a few different repairs at my home and particularly wanted to give a shout outs to project managers Kaely Duckworth and Scott Stallings. Kaely was incredibly easy to work with, kept me up to date with constant communication, and provided great recommendations when product selections were needed. I felt Kaely really cared about making my home look as amazing as possible and restoring it to its original condition (if not better). Scott was also a godsend. He provided really great advice/counsel on the issues I was facing, guided me through the process to address them, and ensured things were taken care of. The team at Harper did an outstanding job helping us recover from a busted water pipe on the 2nd floor that caused severe damage throughout the house. From Scott handling the mitigation crew quickly and thoroughly to our reconstruction manager Brian's guidance of timely and high quality construction work, the people at Harper did a great job.
