HHS is wonderful! We had extensive damage to our roof and multiple rooms from an oak tree falling during Hurricane Helene. We recently worked with Harper Special Services (HSS) after water damage from a leaking shower required replacing all the hardwood floors on the first floor of our home. HSS was recommended by USAA, and now we completely understand why.

From start to finish, the entire process was organized, efficient, and professionally handled. HSS coordinated directly with our insurance company, scheduled packers to carefully remove our belongings, helped us select materials for both the new hardwood floors and the shower remodel, and managed every detail of the project. Their team installed beautiful new hardwood flooring, completed precise tile work in the new shower, painted all baseboards and trim, and even tackled the ceiling in our 20+ foot living room along with all the walls.

We especially want to recognize General Contractor Kaely Duckworth, who checked in with us almost daily and always responded quickly whenever we had questions. Her communication and attention to detail made a stressful situation so much easier. Project Manager Bernardo was also fantastic. He stayed on top of the work, kept everything moving smoothly, and maintained clear communication throughout the project.

This was a major job, yet the entire project was completed in just over three weeks. The results exceeded our expectations, and we truly could not be happier with how everything turned out.
