My second floor washing machine accidentally overflowed. Water leaked through the floor, poured down and caused damage to the ceilings/walls below and also caused damage to floor/rugs surrounding the laundry room. My insurance company assigned HSS for the water mitigation. From the first contact with Scott (HSS), I knew I was in good hands. Scott sent out a team to assess the damage, do necessary demo and set up equipment to mitigate the water damage. His team came back for 3 days to assess the drying status. Luis, Anthony and Max (& others) were always on time, professional, courteous and just kind. Having your ceiling pour water is stressful. The HSS team not only mitigated the water damage but they mitigated my stress level. A week later the washing machine (24 years old) leaked again causing similar damage. I called Scott frantically and within 1 hour he had a team to my home; making sure I got emergency services I needed. I fully trust HSS to do the restoration of my home.

Great communication and assistance. They not only took care of my house that needed some repairs, when I was outside of the country and beyond reach, Kaely talked to other companies for me that were needed to get repairs complete. Highly recommended.

Harper Special Services quickly responded to our call for help to repair our home after it was was severely damaged and left uninhabitable when a tree was blown down on it during Hurricane Helene in September 2024.
Kaely D. and John L. helped guide us through the long and bureaucratic recovery process which included dealing with the insurance claims process, government permitting, and public utilities. We are sincerely grateful for their professionalism, expertise, and coordination of the various contractors over the months that it took to repair and restore our house!

During a remodel, found some mold and Anthony and team came the same day and finished up the cleanup the next day. Super efficient and easy to work with them. Would recommend Harper Special Services to anyone who needs help w mold etc.

Harper Solutions is the best contractor that I’ve worked with so far! We had a bathroom flood that caused damage to several rooms and they were able to help remodel and repair all of the damaged areas.
