We are only through the beginning of the process, but so far we could not have asked for a better team to work with us on our house after our fire. Great experience with Harper Special Services on a few different repairs at my home and particularly wanted to give a shout outs to project managers Kaely Duckworth and Scott Stallings. Kaely was incredibly easy to work with, kept me up to date with constant communication, and provided great recommendations when product selections were needed. I felt Kaely really cared about making my home look as amazing as possible and restoring it to its original condition (if not better). Scott was also a godsend. He provided really great advice/counsel on the issues I was facing, guided me through the process to address them, and ensured things were taken care of. He clearly cares about quality while also helping me balance cost. I would have been lost without Scott. Thanks Kaely and Scott for making what could have been a stressful process so much better.

Harper Solutions is the best contractor that I’ve worked with so far! We had a bathroom flood that caused damage to several rooms and they were able to help remodel and repair all of the damaged areas. Kaely and her team were super helpful, accommodating, and communicative every step of the way. It was a long process to complete everything, but they made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way!

I'm very impressed with Harper Special Services! They assisted us in mold remediation and reconstruction after two major leaks. Chuck guided us through mold and air quality testing and remediation, and then Brian on the renovation/reconstruction team managed repairing all the damage. They worked quickly and efficiently. After they were done, everything looked as good as new. I am so glad we hired them and recommend them highly.

After our house flood, HSS made a stressful situation so much easier. They responded quickly, worked efficiently, and kept everything organized from start to finish. The quality of their work was excellent, and they completed repairs faster than we expected.
They also handled working with our insurance company seamlessly, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Communication was clear the entire time, and we always knew what to expect.

The Project Manager is a total professional and the Estimator James was there to answer all of my questions. They even brought the CEO to my home to see the progress.
