Great experience with Harper Special Services on a few different repairs at my home and particularly wanted to give a shout outs to project managers Kaely Duckworth and Scott Stallings. Kaely was incredibly easy to work with, kept me up to date with constant communication, and provided great recommendations when product selections were needed. I felt Kaely really cared about making my home look as amazing as possible and restoring it to its original condition (if not better). Scott was also a godsend. He provided really great advice/counsel on the issues I was facing, guided me through the process to address them, and ensured things were taken care of. He clearly cares about quality while also helping me balance cost. I would have been lost without Scott. Thanks Kaely and Scott for making what could have been a stressful process so much better.

I hope you never experience an emergency resulting from water damage or other things , don't waste your time calling others, HSS is second to none to others. The Project Manager is a total professional and the Estimator James was there to answer all of my questions. They even brought the CEO to my home to see the progress. They made a bad situation pleasant

Due to water damage and mold from a leaking window, we called HSS. They were quick to respond and the remediation team did a thorough job of cleaning and drying the area. Then the repair team took over to rebuild the wall - it looks better than it did before the damage. The team at Harper did an outstanding job helping us recover from a busted water pipe on the 2nd floor that caused severe damage throughout the house. From Scott handling the mitigation crew quickly and thoroughly to our reconstruction manager Brian's guidance of timely and high quality construction work, the people at Harper did a great job. The subs who handled carpentry, painting, and tile work all did high quality work and were committed to getting the job done right. Thanks to Brian for the long hours overseeing a tough project.
