HHS is wonderful! We had extensive damage to our roof and multiple rooms from an oak tree falling during Hurricane Helene. The Harper team is first rate, a special thanks to our project manager, Brian. He kept us informed and educated on all aspects of the process and dealt with our endless questions and concerns skillfully. Mr Eddy and team (contractor) are excellent. We highly recommend HHS for the above as well as being a comprehensive company that covers all aspects of restoration, especially with insurance. Thanks again everyone!

Due to water damage and mold from a leaking window, we called HSS. They were quick to respond and the remediation team did a thorough job of cleaning and drying the area. Then the repair team took over to rebuild the wall - it looks better than it did before the damage. They were also very helpful in communicating with my home owners insurance and providing the paperwork I needed to get reimbursed for the work. Thank you to Brian M. Anthony and Jeremy were great. They were very thorough, making sure they removed all the water damaged flooring, etc. They provided explanations about each step of the process. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with their work.

Brian and his crew are AWESOME! Had a water leak from an upstairs neighbor and we decide to do a remodel too. From start to finish, Brian was calling or stopping by everyday to check on the progress and addressing any issues or question we had. The work turned out better than expected. Brian is a true asset and we are definitely go to use HHS again. Highly recommend for any damage or upgrades, the most professional and friendly team I have worked with.

I hope you never experience an emergency resulting from water damage or other things , don't waste your time calling others, HSS is second to none to others. The Project Manager is a total professional and the Estimator James was there to answer all of my questions. They even brought the CEO to my home to see the progress. They were very professional through the water mitigation to reconstruction. They were quick to respond to dry the water damage and do the estimate for repair. The Project Manager, Kaely, was very helpful throughout the project.

We used Harper’s Special Services for a water damage claim. They were very professional during the entire process. I recommend them to anyone with an insurance claim. In fact, I recommend them for any home renovations. Their contractors were detailed and they did not leave any mess or debris behind. They completed the job on time. This company has an efficient system for completing all repairs. Kaely was our project manager and she did a wonderful job explaining the process. I work with contractors daily and this was by far the best company I have worked with.

They were there on the scheduled time and were very informative about what they were going to do. They were concerned with my needs to make sure that my family was in no danger from any mold. They were easy to get in touch with at anytime of day. I would Highly recommend them to anyone.
