Grace stop by our office this morning and gave a wonderful presentation at State Farm in Pooler We highly recommend her service at HSS.

Harper’s Water mitigation team was out here the day of our water damage incident. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and answer any questions we had. They were prompt and did an excellent job with the clean up & drying out the house!

I'm very impressed with Harper Special Services! They assisted us in mold remediation and reconstruction after two major leaks. Chuck guided us through mold and air quality testing and remediation, and then Brian on the renovation/reconstruction team managed repairing all the damage. They worked quickly and efficiently. After they were done, everything looked as good as new. I am so glad we hired them and recommend them highly.

Harper Special Services quickly responded to our call for help to repair our home after it was was severely damaged and left uninhabitable when a tree was blown down on it during Hurricane Helene in September 2024.
Kaely D. and John L. helped guide us through the long and bureaucratic recovery process which included dealing with the insurance claims process, government permitting, and public utilities. We are sincerely grateful for their professionalism, expertise, and coordination of the various contractors over the months that it took to repair and restore our house!

They were there on the scheduled time and were very informative about what they were going to do. They were concerned with my needs to make sure that my family was in no danger from any mold. They were easy to get in touch with at anytime of day. I would Highly recommend them to anyone.

We recently worked with Harper Special Services (HSS) after water damage from a leaking shower required replacing all the hardwood floors on the first floor of our home. HSS was recommended by USAA, and now we completely understand why.

From start to finish, the entire process was organized, efficient, and professionally handled. HSS coordinated directly with our insurance company, scheduled packers to carefully remove our belongings, helped us select materials for both the new hardwood floors and the shower remodel, and managed every detail of the project. Their team installed beautiful new hardwood flooring, completed precise tile work in the new shower, painted all baseboards and trim, and even tackled the ceiling in our 20+ foot living room along with all the walls.

We especially want to recognize General Contractor Kaely Duckworth, who checked in with us almost daily and always responded quickly whenever we had questions. Her communication and attention to detail made a stressful situation so much easier. Project Manager Bernardo was also fantastic. He stayed on top of the work, kept everything moving smoothly, and maintained clear communication throughout the project.

This was a major job, yet the entire project was completed in just over three weeks. The results exceeded our expectations, and we truly could not be happier with how everything turned out.

We highly recommend Harper Special Services to anyone needing restoration or remodeling work done right.

Absolutely outstanding experience with HSS. Our Project Manager, Brian Musgrave, was incredible. He was proactive, responsive, and on top of every detail. The final result exceeded expectations, and we’re already planning future work with Brian and HSS. If I could leave six stars, I would!

Great communication and assistance. They not only took care of my house that needed some repairs, when I was outside of the country and beyond reach, Kaely talked to other companies for me that were needed to get repairs complete. Highly recommended.

This is an amazing company! I had a ceiling leak emergency and Brian and Jeremy came to my house and were extremely professional and overall just outstanding with everything!
