Great experience with Harper Special Services on a few different repairs at my home and particularly wanted to give a shout outs to project managers Kaely Duckworth and Scott Stallings. Kaely was incredibly easy to work with, kept me up to date with constant communication, and provided great recommendations when product selections were needed. I felt Kaely really cared about making my home look as amazing as possible and restoring it to its original condition (if not better). Scott was also a godsend. He provided really great advice/counsel on the issues I was facing, guided me through the process to address them, and ensured things were taken care of. He clearly cares about quality while also helping me balance cost. I would have been lost without Scott. Thanks Kaely and Scott for making what could have been a stressful process so much better.

I hope you never experience an emergency resulting from water damage or other things , don't waste your time calling others, HSS is second to none to others. The Project Manager is a total professional and the Estimator James was there to answer all of my questions. They even brought the CEO to my home to see the progress. They made a bad situation pleasant

In February, we experienced a bit of a setback at home that required some reconstruction. As a property manager, I've worked with many vendors, and Harper Special Services has been outstanding. When we had an emergency sprinkler head break, they responded within an hour, began water extraction immediately, and managed the dry-out process with daily moisture checks throughout the week.

Their communication was exceptional from start to finish. Coordinating with multiple insurance companies, homeowners, tenants, and our management team could have been challenging, but they kept everyone informed and made the entire process seamless.
