We recently worked with Harper Special Services (HSS) after water damage from a leaking shower required replacing all the hardwood floors on the first floor of our home. HSS was recommended by USAA, and now we completely understand why.

From start to finish, the entire process was organized, efficient, and professionally handled. HSS coordinated directly with our insurance company, scheduled packers to carefully remove our belongings, helped us select materials for both the new hardwood floors and the shower remodel, and managed every detail of the project. Their team installed beautiful new hardwood flooring, completed precise tile work in the new shower, painted all baseboards and trim, and even tackled the ceiling in our 20+ foot living room along with all the walls.

We especially want to recognize General Contractor Kaely Duckworth, who checked in with us almost daily and always responded quickly whenever we had questions. Her communication and attention to detail made a stressful situation so much easier. Project Manager Bernardo was also fantastic. He stayed on top of the work, kept everything moving smoothly, and maintained clear communication throughout the project.

This was a major job, yet the entire project was completed in just over three weeks. The results exceeded our expectations, and we truly could not be happier with how everything turned out.

Timely service. Great quality work

We can never say “Thank You” enough to Jason Harper and Harper Special Services! When we got the call that our house had flooded, Harper Special Services was called, they showed up immediately and began working. They were awesome and explained everything to us that they were doing and what had to be done. We met Scott Stallings, the Mitigation Manager first. Scott is very professional and was very reassuring that everything was going to be alright. Scott and his crew came in and began working very hard and steady to clear up the water. Scott stayed in constant contact with us regarding the moving of the process and what we should expect next. Then, we met Justin Hooton, the Project Manager, who led us through the rebuild of our house. Justin also stayed in constant contact with us as to each step that was to be taken to repair our house. He answered all our questions and was very easy to work with. Going through the flooding of a home is such a traumatic experience, but Scott Stallings and Justin Hooton really helped us to go through this time with much understanding and compassion. Hopefully, you will never need their services, but if you do, call Harper Special Services, they are definitely the best!

Great experience with Harper Special Services on a few different repairs at my home and particularly wanted to give a shout outs to project managers Kaely Duckworth and Scott Stallings. Kaely was incredibly easy to work with, kept me up to date with constant communication, and provided great recommendations when product selections were needed. I felt Kaely really cared about making my home look as amazing as possible and restoring it to its original condition (if not better). Scott was also a godsend. He provided really great advice/counsel on the issues I was facing, guided me through the process to address them, and ensured things were taken care of. He clearly cares about quality while also helping me balance cost. I would have been lost without Scott. Thanks Kaely and Scott for making what could have been a stressful process so much better.

HHS is wonderful! We had extensive damage to our roof and multiple rooms from an oak tree falling during Hurricane Helene. The Harper team is first rate, a special thanks to our project manager, Brian. He kept us informed and educated on all aspects of the process and dealt with our endless questions and concerns skillfully. Mr Eddy and team (contractor) are excellent. We highly recommend HHS for the above as well as being a comprehensive company that covers all aspects of restoration, especially with insurance. Thanks again everyone!

The team at Harper did an outstanding job helping us recover from a busted water pipe on the 2nd floor that caused severe damage throughout the house. From Scott handling the mitigation crew quickly and thoroughly to our reconstruction manager Brian's guidance of timely and high quality construction work, the people at Harper did a great job. The subs who handled carpentry, painting, and tile work all did high quality work and were committed to getting the job done right. Thanks to Brian for the long hours overseeing a tough project.

James came out NEXT DAY and was SUPER helpful and polite. Assisted me quickly. No pressure, and identified the issue and scope of work immediately. Ultra professional. That's not always a given in Savannah. Don't hesitate.

I hope you never experience an emergency resulting from water damage or other things , don't waste your time calling others, HSS is second to none to others. The Project Manager is a total professional and the Estimator James was there to answer all of my questions. They even brought the CEO to my home to see the progress. They made a bad situation pleasant
