The team at Harper did an outstanding job helping us recover from a busted water pipe on the 2nd floor that caused severe damage throughout the house. From Scott handling the mitigation crew quickly and thoroughly to our reconstruction manager Brian's guidance of timely and high quality construction work, the people at Harper did a great job. His guys were very professional, the removed insulation an installed fans and dehumidifier same afternoon. They explained what the process would Require, came back every day to monitor progress.
